As we are aware that Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment had initiated the process of amending the Persons with Disabilities [Equal Opportunities,Protection of Rights and Full Participation] Act,1995 through National consultation with Stake holders,  I am indeed happy to inform one all that I am included as Stakeholder for initiating the process of amending the Persons with Disabilities [Equal Opportunities ,Protection of Rights and Full Participation Act,1995.  And it can be viewed at the Ministrys website: http://socialjustice.nic.in/disabled/welcome.htm

Keeping in view the demands that the amendment to the Act may be considered after India signed  the UN Convention on Rights for Persons with Disabilities, the process was kept in abeyance.  This was resumed, after signing of the convention, the ministrys reports declared.

Dear sir,

congratulations being selectd as stakeholder.
we should also think about the children whose both of parents are disabled.
They are caring their parents. They act as parents in their childhood when a child
requires the care of its parents. They have less time to study to score marks in
compare to other children of their age.
Such children should be given preferences in admmission in scool college and
other educational institutes etc..
I think u will understand my points and raise it
Thanks and congratulations again.
