I am a hearing disabled engineering graduate. My hearing disability is 46.5%..i applied for gate 2012 and they accepted my application in PD category .but while applying for BHEL they are asking for 60db loss, they are not considering percentage and mine is 56db loss IN BOTH EARS...so am i not eligible to apply in PD category?.. so what should i do now?..i am very poor and how can i pay examination fee for BHEL application if they are not considering me in PD category, i already have paid Rs 500 for gate application..if they would have mentioned earlier...then i would have not applied GATE...please help me ....
