We provide supervision support during the implementation of access improvement works and also assist in procurement of requisite materials/ products. This helps in ensuring finished structural layout is exempted from any implementation errors.

If required, we can organise turn-key services that include:

1. Providing architectural support services to aid in designing and/ or costing the recommended improvement works
2. Sourcing and supervising building contractors and/ or engineers to carry out various componets of the implementation works
3. Procuring requisite accessibility products/ materials/ equipment
4. Overall supervision of the project to ensure that the improvement works are cost-effective and address accessibility needs of persons with disabilities

Also, where the access improvement recommendations are not provided by us but by a different organisation/ consultant, we will provide a peer review of the same for accuracy prior to commencement of the implementation works, and recommend editions/ alterations where the originally proposed changes are either technically difficult to implement or are exorbitantly expensive.
